The two-year MPhil program is an advanced level Master in Mass Communication and Media Studies by course work degree, which gives an excellent starting point for a PhD with a similar skill set. It creates knowledge and leads to the development of methods and testing the robustness of existing theories. The MPhil graduates are expected to work with leading national and multinational Media Houses to serve their needs. Most students will obtain a PhD position in different universities in the faculty of Media and Communication or at one of the other participating faculties. However, this is not the only way, and graduates with an MPhil degree can track their professions as executive bodies, analysts, and academicians.
